Charlie from [All Dogs Go To Heaven] The Series is the Red Ranger in the Heaven Rangers. Heaven Power is Fire and his weapon is the Heaven Sword.

At first glance, this looks like an original character. But if you look harder, it a more closely resembles a piece of shit. Funny as it is, it was clearly not the artist’s intention.

Now THIS is an original All Dogs Go To Heaven character by ~Siluntwolf. Except it looks like a puddle of piss. Perhaps the artist did intend it to be this way. But what is with the MS Paint outlines?
